Consent to personal data processing

You confirm this text with the checkbox in the request form. You can withdraw it at any time. The Russian version prevails.

By sending a request on gastroguia.ru and ticking the consent box, I freely and knowingly consent to DEMONOV LLC (INN 2632124678, OGRN 1242600012907, 1A Tranzitnaya St., apt. 77, Pyatigorsk, Stavropol Krai, 357528, Russia) (the Operator) processing my personal data on the following terms.

1. Data

Name; phone, Telegram username or email; the details I entered in the request (travel dates and group size, venue and city, comment).

2. Purposes

Answering my request; planning and organising a food tour; discussing adding a venue to the guide; concluding and performing a contract.

3. Actions

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer to the partner guide running the tour I chose (only as needed to contact me), blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automation.

4. Term and withdrawal

Valid until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than one year after my last contact. I may withdraw it at any time by writing to info@gastroguia.ru.
