Personal data processing policy

1. Who processes the data

The operator is DEMONOV LLC (INN 2632124678, OGRN 1242600012907, 1A Tranzitnaya St., apt. 77, Pyatigorsk, Stavropol Krai, 357528, Russia), owner of gastroguia.ru (Gastroguia). The operator is listed in the Russian register of personal data operators under No. 26-25-019466. This policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. Person responsible for personal data processing: Georgy Demonov, info@gastroguia.ru.

2. What we receive

Only what you enter in the request form: your name, a contact for the reply (phone, Telegram username or email) and the details of the request (dates and group size, venue and city, comment). To protect the form from spam, the server keeps an irreversible fingerprint of your IP address for one hour; the address itself is not stored.

3. Why

To answer your request, to plan and organise a food tour, to discuss adding a venue to the guide and to conclude and perform a contract. We do not send advertising.

4. Legal basis

Your separate consent given in the form (consent text) and, where applicable, the conclusion and performance of a contract.

5. Storage and transfer

Requests are stored on servers in the Russian Federation and are accessible only to the operator’s staff. To organise the tour you chose, your name and contact may be shared with the partner guide running it. No cross-border transfer takes place; staff notifications contain no personal data. Data is never sold or used for advertising.

6. Retention

Until the purpose is achieved, but no longer than one year after your last contact, or until you withdraw consent. Data is then destroyed within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction, blocking or deletion of your data, withdraw consent by writing to info@gastroguia.ru, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. We reply within 10 working days.

8. Cookies and Yandex Metrica

The site uses Yandex Metrica (YANDEX LLC, Russia), which sets cookies and processes anonymised visit data (IP address, browser and device, pages viewed, on-page actions including session replay) so we can see how the site is used. Data is stored in Russia; no advertising cookies are used. You can opt out by blocking cookies or installing the Yandex Metrica opt-out add-on (yandex.com/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html). By continuing to use the site you agree to this processing. Technical cookies remember your language and protect the site from bots. “My menu” and the name and contact typed into the form stay in your browser (localStorage) until you press “Send”.

9. Mobile app

The Gastroguia Android app (ru.gastroguia.app) needs no registration. Requests sent from the app are handled exactly like requests from the site. The app sends to the server only: requests for the dish catalogue, recipes, tours and venue menus in your language; a dish rating if you give one (to count one vote per address, the server keeps an irreversible fingerprint of the IP address, not the address itself); and a request — only when you tick the consent box and press “Send”. If the app crashes or freezes, a technical report (phone model, Android and app version, the place of the error in the code) is sent to the Tracer error-reporting service (VK LLC, RuStore; stored in Russia). It contains no name, contacts, viewing history or other personal data and is used only to fix errors. The app uses no other analytics or advertising services.

Favourites, recently viewed dishes, your ratings, your language, the name and contact from your last request, and dishes and photos downloaded for offline use are stored only on your phone and are removed with the app or with “Clear data” in Android settings. The camera is used only to scan a restaurant’s QR menu; the image is processed on the phone and is not sent anywhere. Dish names are pronounced by the phone’s own speech engine.
