Personal data processing policy

In short: we only ask for what we need to answer your request, keep it in Russia and delete it as soon as you ask. The Russian version of this policy prevails.

1. Who processes the data

The operator is DEMONOV LLC (INN 2632124678, OGRN 1242600012907, 1A Tranzitnaya St., apt. 77, Pyatigorsk, Stavropol Krai, 357528, Russia), owner of gastroguia.ru (Gastroguia). The operator is listed in the Russian register of personal data operators under No. 26-25-019466. This policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. 2. What we receive

Only what you enter in the request form: your name, a contact for the reply (phone, Telegram username or email) and the details of the request (dates and group size, venue and city, comment). To protect the form from spam, the server keeps an irreversible fingerprint of your IP address for one hour; the address itself is not stored.

3. Why

To answer your request, to plan and organise a food tour, to discuss adding a venue to the guide and to conclude and perform a contract. We do not send advertising.

4. Legal basis

Your separate consent given in the form (consent text) and, where applicable, the conclusion and performance of a contract.

5. Storage and transfer

Requests are stored on servers in the Russian Federation and are accessible only to the operator’s staff. To organise the tour you chose, your name and contact may be shared with the partner guide running it. No cross-border transfer takes place; staff notifications contain no personal data. Data is never sold or used for advertising.

6. Retention

Until the purpose is achieved, but no longer than one year after your last contact, or until you withdraw consent. Data is then destroyed within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction, blocking or deletion of your data, withdraw consent by writing to info@gastroguia.ru, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. We reply within 10 working days.

8. Cookies and Yandex Metrica

The site uses Yandex Metrica (YANDEX LLC, Russia), which sets cookies and processes anonymised visit data (IP address, browser and device, pages viewed, on-page actions including session replay) so we can see how the site is used. Data is stored in Russia; no advertising cookies are used. You can opt out by blocking cookies or installing the Yandex Metrica opt-out add-on (yandex.com/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html). By continuing to use the site you agree to this processing. Technical cookies remember your language and protect the site from bots. “My menu” and the name and contact typed into the form stay in your browser (localStorage) until you press “Send”.
